The Alaska Club East is proud to be hosting this year’s Junior Regionals, There are Players from Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho here to challenge Alaska’s best. In the Boys 18 & Under division Jason Kerwood (2) of Oregon will be gunning for the 1999 Alaska State Champion and #1 seed James Marchetti, while in the Girls 18 & Under division, Michelle Gonzales also from Oregon will give Chris Young all she can handle.

James Marchetti (1) of Anchorage & Jason Kerwood (2) from Oregon, were both upset in the Boys 18 & Under Semi-Finals this afternoon, The Match we all thought would be “The Finals” will now turn into a fight for 3rd Place on Sunday. The Finals will now come down to Ryan Lindell of Oregon who beat James, along with the other half of the “Marchetti Twins” Brother Joe who beat the #2 Jason in a hard-fought battle.
